Yes they do. But it depends on what you mean by 'work'. They won't make your belly smaller (I can attest to that lol, I still have plenty of loose skin in that area), but they will build your core muscles big time. So if you're at a deficit, or plan to do a cut later, you'll have plenty of nice muscle underneath ready to make its appearance. Planks have done wonders for the stability of my spine and the strength of my lower back and abs.3 -

This is my 1st time, so my goal is 60 minutes. Today I had to break it in 3 periods - 45scs + 30 sec rest + 45sec + 30 sec rest + 30sec.
Not bad for me... I used to be down at 20sec4 -
I'm in! I'll go for the 60 as my goal but hopefully will pass that up!3

I just started the P90X3 video series, so is it okay if I log the time spent in plank position for each workout? So far:
May 1- 120 seconds (P90X3 Total Synergistics)
May 2- 60 seconds (P90X3 Agility)
