Starting on September 10 - September 19, JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 16! Lets see what more we can do as we reach a total of 160 days consecutively!

Anyone else game?

Let's give it our best 10 days ever! The weather is cooling in many parts of the world signaling a new season coming in. The children are back in school, harvest season has blessed us with wonderful inexpensive vegetables. Prayers to all in the hurricane belt, I'll be thinking and sending prayers and good thoughts.

Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

    Back again!I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. Slow going but better than nothing. I'm at roughly .5 a week loss.

    My second round.
    Still about 2.5kg over my maintenance weight, I really let it slip over the last couple of month, so here goes...
    I don't usually weigh daily (or weekly even) but for now it helps me keep focus.

    @Derpy_Hooves @Tangled2015 .. I lose my place A LOT. I still weigh every day, I just can't ever find my last post. I just started copying my last post (after I've posted the updated weight). I save it as a file so I can just use that every day.

    goal for R13 R14 R15 R16 to get under and make being under 196 lbs permanent

    so it seems that getting under 196 (14 stone) is proving just as difficult at getting out of the 200's was!!

    4th round lucky???

    09/9 - 197 - still eating lower cals and drinking 10 L water a week, still in a lot of pain with (what I think is sciatica) docs appointment is set for Thursday 14th at 4:15 so i am hoping for answers then!!
