    Some of these are for running, some for biking. 160-180 for running. 180-200 for bike. Typically don't need to run slower than 170, but put them in just incase I hit a wall and need a motivational song. Little slower to catch my breath, and the songs just get my engine revving back up again.

    I've gotten over all of my ex-partners, but nothing beats working out / running to the tunes that make you relive past heartbreaks. It's a good reminder that you've moved to become stronger and better. Unfortunately, it's too embarrassing to share the list here (and the list is different for everyone).
