Success/struggles of the week: At the risk of sounding like a complete drama queen... I almost died on Monday while eating lunch. Heimlich maneuver and everything. Tuesday became sort of a “*kitten* it” day as a result... and the rest of the week has been a struggle to get myself back on a small deficit plan. Suddenly the numbers on the scale just don’t seem so important anymore.

Idk. I’ll get back into the groove of things before things get too out of hand...

I’m so glad your alright how frightened you must have been. Hugs

What an experience! Glad you're being gentle with yourself. Great that someone was there to perform the Heimlich! What was the offending piece of food? Just curious!
