I did! What did you think? I think that Dr's and pharmacies will be swarmed this week with new hopeful patients. Oprah looked great (she turned 70 recently!) and clearly supports medications for those with the disease of Obesity. Felt it was a little short on content, guess I would've wanted 2 hours (special was 1 hour).

IF you have heart failure and a low EF% (injection fraction percentage), can you tell me how you raised your EF % and got it back to normal? I have been taking all of my medicine. Old dog, new tricks
I resolved to lose weight about two years ago. With the help of Noom I lost 55 lbs. I started to take Pilates lessons, walked more, and reduced my A1C from 7.2 to 6.0. I’m diabetic 2. I gained about 10 lbs back and want to lose it and then some more. Being diabetic makes food choices more complex.
