Hi there. I started DDP Yoga in April 2017. Due to being severely overweight (over 420 lbs.), I had chronic sciatic nerve pain that made walking or standing for more than ten minutes unbearable. Hi everyone! I am confused on the dairy free aspect. A little background. I have hashimotos and have been gluten and dairy free for over a year now and find that it helps me alot, including blood antibodies lowering. I always considered goats and sheep milk to be dairy.
