Recipe Serving sizes/amounts and ability to make notes
I really enjoy a lot of features about MyFitnessPal, but it would be so helpful if we could specify serving sizes when we create recipes. Logging caffeine and all vitamins
Would be a game changer to be able to log and at least be able to add our own values for caffeine and vitamins (supplements or natural). In the UK and EU caffeine is on the labels and micronutrients are often included too.

More fasting options
I am sure that fasting should be much more updated. Like adding options like 24h fast or atleast custom fast option. Maybe incorporate fasting phases or estimate calculations of what is happening with your body depending on how many hours you are fasting. In that way updating calorie goals etc etc.

Water reminder
I am terrible at remembering to drink water. Would love to be able to set a reminder(s) through the day as a reminder to drink water (just like the "step in the scale" reminder. I have a tendency to fill the water bottle and it sits on my desk. Would like the option to set custom reminders in the app as well.

Nutrient Dashboard
Can you make it so you can add more than 3 nutrients in the dashboard?? I want to see the carbs, fats and protein but also want to glance at my sugar, cholesterol and fibre without the extra clicking.

Grams of the way to go
I wish that more of the foods had the option of recording the number of grams that you are using. Some do, but some do not as well. Whenever I can I set the unit of measure to 1 g. That I use my kitchen scale to measure how much I am eating in grams and I record that. This tends to give me a finer level of control.

Water saved to Apple Health
Please consider separating fluids into their own category, estimate the actual water content and import into Apple Health. Look to the Apo Water Reminder for a model. Dislike having to use another app to track my water consumption.

Allow us to add other fasting combinations
So, as of now the app allows for three variations on fasting. Let us add other combos. For example, right now there is 12-12, 10-14, and 6-18. Why not 8-16 or 4-20? Or even 24-48 or other multi-day fasts? It doesn't appear to me that you are doing anything more than recording the fast

50% Exercise Calories Add
When I walk calories are added to my daily goal. It has been my experience that it is a wash. The calories added equal 100% of the calories burned. Not a good way to lose weight. Track Salt
Sodium and salt are not the same thing, people incorrectly write the salt details under sodium. Salt is one of the main things written on packaging colour wheels, and as someone who is now trying to reduce salt intake due to health reasons a salt nutrition section would be ideal.

Easier Viewing
Many of the screens can be viewed in landscape mode, but the main screen won't rotate. I cannot read some of the information because it's all squished into a small area and the writing goes on top of other writing.

Delete Duplicate and Incorrect Foods
The number of duplicate and incorrect entries across all food types is staggering, and the problem continues to build, making it more and more difficult to log food accurately. Scan recipe and have it add into MFP
Instead of scanning a picture of a meal, why can't the app scan a recipe list of ingredients and add it directly into MFP instead of having to individually key in each ingredient and weight. If there is technology to translate a photo into ingredients then the app should be able to read text and convert.
