So I am FINALLY getting P90X. I'm going to order it tonight, I think. I am super excited. Howeeevver... I know it's a muscle building program.. should I get to my goal weight before I do this? I've got about 15 more pounds to lose. I'm 5'0 so that 15 lbs definatly shows, lol. What do y'all think?

need help with exercise
I have a bulging disk in my back and can't walk for exercise. I've always walked about three miles a day. Now when I walk I don't sleep at night because of pain. Need some suggestions on some exercises I can do. I swam this summer but it was starting to cause pain also, but I might keep doing that. Thanks for the help.

It looks like when I add walking or cardio to my daily diary it subtracts the calories from my food diary, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this when I do strength training? Why is that? I lifted weights for 20 minutes... certainly that should reflect something in my food diary, no?
