How do I start running again?
I've been running for over a year now and have built up to about 15 - 20 miles a week with max 7 mile long runs. I got sick with the flu - :sad: and missed four weeks! Intense Workout Days and the Feast Afterwards

Stretching and Strength Training Question
So I'm doing the Power 90 right now. on Sculpt 3-4 he takes 2or 3 stretch breaks between sets. My question is, is it really necessary? Would it be an issue to skip the stretch and go straight to the next set, or will it be in my better interest to go ahead and do it? Thanks yall!
