canine hiking
i have been canine hiking every day for 2 hours each hike. the hikes are low-level trails. i want to know how many calories do i burn hiking? i checked the database and it says cross country hiking @ 120 minutes = 1360. is this correct? or should i mark it as walking the dogs @ 3.0 mph for 120 minutes = 748? please help

Pool Workouts?
My pool is just about ready to rock. I'm looking for some good workouts to do while in the pool. Since this is not a lap pool (only 26' long) I need something intense. I've thought about using resistance bands in the pool, as well as running back and forth the length of the pool. Any other tips?

weird question...
Im not sure if this is normal...but I just started running...and am very much out of shape...but everytime i run i end up having to stop after 10 mins or so...not because i am tierd but because my throat hurts so bad it feels like i cant breath..does anyone know how i can avoid this problem?
