P90X+ Total Body Workout
For the first time i did the total body workout, now i didnt do it all cause im really not fit enough but i did about 25 minutes of it, this was on friday and my muscles are still sore today, should i do the workout or leave it for another day?

Is the Precor and the Elliptical the same thing? My opinion is... the Precor is the brand name and the Elliptical is the type of equipment that comes in different models (those with and without the arm motion pieces). Am I correct?

hello...so last week i pulled my muscles badly that i hav to stop for a week or so...is it possible to stay on the same weight or losing a bit weight without doin any exercises for a while if u eat correctly and take no more than the calories you need? thanks :)

Thunder Thighs
OK so I know that you can't target a location for fat loss. My question is, if I want to loose my huge thighs and hips, would running (a few times a week) and walking up and down stairs (5 days a week) make my muscles bigger or will they thin out with this kind of cardio. Please help!!
