HIIT - getting through the first 4 minutes!
:grumble: I could barely get through the first four minutes...:embarassed: So the next 16 minutes I alternated between brisk walk (4.0) for 60 sec, then jog (5.7) 60 sec, then run (6.7) 30 sec, then back to a walk for 90 secs. So... was my workout in vain? How can I work my way to doing this properly.???.. Thanks!

tiredness and back pain
I work out regularly but some days I notice that i feel like my body is dragging and I cannot do my usual activities? Any ideas why ? how do I not lose the motivation to walk...
Maybe I'm just getting bored with it, but I've been exercising for a month and I can see results, but I am physically tired of walking. I walk 30 minutes a day five days a week. Maybe it's just the laziness coming out, I really don't know... Any suggestions

severe nausea during run
During my run today, I got very nauseous. I still feel sick after resting for a half hour. Could it just be from the heat?
