SO i recently found out I can GO OFF the gluten free diet I have had to be on for a while. WOOT! I want to try to start eating oatmeal (huge health benefits) but I find the texture kinda funky. Anyone have ideas on how to change up the texture or do other things with it to make it yummier?

I take an iron pill and a womans once a day multivitamin is there anything else i should be taking? When I put in a food such as cereal, a lot of the time they only have 1 cup available, but many times I use 3/4 of a cup for either cereal or milk, how do i plug this in? i have been putting 0.8 servings of 1 cup for 3/4 but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right... any answers are appreciated =)
