left overs!
Last night i made chicken fajitas for my hubby and me (chicken, bell peppers, onions and mushrooms seasoned w/ taco sauce) and I had some left over. So i put the chicken and veggies mixture over a bed of spinach for lunch. then i mixed a tablespoon on sour cream and lots of salsa together to make a "dressing". SOOOO GOOD!!!

Calories in a chicken breast
On the package it says 100 per 100 grams. I had 188grams. I logged it into here under chicken breast, meat only, fried, and for 188 grams it said 352 cals... I pan fried my chicken with no butter or oil, just the breast itself with a little salt and pepper... So is it only 188 cals or 352 cals? How does this work?
