Hey MFP peeps, I was wondering if anyone can help me. Over the last year, I embarked on a fitness/weight loss journey. To date, I have lost 20kg down from 101kg to 81kg. I'm 5ft 4 and 30 years old. Added more exercise but scale is going up

BODY FAT DURING 'SHARK WEEK'

I have an apple watch and on its app it shows that for example I burn 700 calories on a day, but on myfitness pal it only deducts like 200 calories as exercise.
