Well, I'm now 52 & I'm in that rut
I'm no longer overweight, but without the time to get in ANY exercise, I'm truly wondering how in the world I'll be able to lose these last 10 pounds. I went to a doctors appointment this morning and was told to go on a 1200 calorie diet. She said women shouldn't consume more than that. How many calories do you eat? That seems low to me.
