Cabbage soup diet

The Scale
Today I weighed myself. Last week I weighed about 118. This week the scale read 116.something. Is this accurate!? I always wonder if it's just a "fluke" or whether this my actual weight. Should I wait until I've weighed 116 a few days in a row before changing my weight again?

I am having a hard time when I make homemade meals determining or figuring out the calories. They seem so high ( I measure but do not have a scale).
