Exercise Calories too high???
I am having issues with the Exercise Calories. I am aloud 1,200 calories per day + exercise. Today I am going to swim laps for an hour. I typed that in under 'light or moderate effort' and get 699 calories! That seems like wayyy to much! There is no way I could eat all of those exercise calories, nor do I feel like I would…
