Well, that settles it, I am a failure
I am so totally over it all now. I am back up to 235. I eat all the time and I just feel like I can't do this. I set goals and stick with them for a month or so then get back on the same ol crap and loose faith in myself. I haven't checked in because I am so embarresed. Pity? Nope, don't want that... I just want to win!!!

Water Question
I am having a really hard time with the water thing. It isn't because I don't like water or anything, I just can't drink if I'm not thirsty. It makes me feel kinda of sick when I'm forcing myself to drink water. Did anyone else have a similar problem? How do you suggest I ease my way into 64 oz of water a day?

day 1 of being back on the wagon
Didn't go as planned I ended up going over my calories but I at least did 30 minutes on the elliptical with my heart rate monitor on and drank all my water today. Tomorrow will be better.
