how many carbs a day do you eat
I know the difference between good and bad carbs. I just think what MPF recommends seems really high. I set my goal for 40% protein, 40 carb and 20 fat. Just wondering how many carb others are doing and how it has work for you. Thanks

The headache from hell!
I've had a headache since about 2pm. I've eaten, drank plenty of water, took a nap, and I haven't had caffeine for over two week so I know it's not caffeine related. I've also taken a hot shower, Ibuprofen, and my sinuses are clear. So why the hell do I have a headache?!?!?!?

Cheat meal
How often do you allow yourself to cheat with a meal..for example chinese food. I find whenever i cheat i feel so guilty and all i can think about is how i'm going to gain weight!!! can one bad meal technically make you gain some weight...?

Should I up my calories?

bad case of the munchies...
