how much weight fluctuation is normal from day to day?

Weight loss at a snail's pace
Wow! something changed! I was losing 2 lbs a week but I've only lost .4 (Yes that is Point 4) pounds since November 6th. I've never had this problem. Usually it is 1 lbs or a flat out plateau in the past.

To count the calories in my fiber supplements or not?
Does anyone take fiber supplements or something similar and if so do you count them in your calories. I take two Fiber Choice tablets 16 calories f and 4 grams of fiber for two tablets. I haven't been counting them. :ohwell:
