If you eat right and drink tons of water???
I walk on the treadmill or at home for 45 min a day. If I eat right and drink lots of water will I still loose the weight? I have 15-20 pounds to lose before I get pregnant or shall I say I am trying now and hope to get rid of the weight. Does anyone have any other ideas that could help me???

Why is it called water loss?
Why are those first few pounds everyone loses (especially if you lose it quickly) called water weight? I know that the weight isnt fat isnt usually fat in those first few days but how can it be water? When I start a "diet" I usually drink my 8 glasses a day which is more than usual. Do you thinks its unrealistic goal to want to lose 14 lbs by Christmas? I know thats 6 weeks, trying to average only 2 lbs a week.... which would give me 12. But I would love 14. What do you think?
