Yosemite Hiking and Logging on MFP???
Does anyone know if I can pre-log food for a long weekend? I will be hiking in Yosemite Friday to Tuesday and won't have a chance to log anything until I get home. Will it screw up my counter or can I fix that? How do you all deal with times when you can not log in?

exercise logging
hello i have started doing personal training sessions approx an hour doing a bit of everything hand weights. jogging, boxing abs, medicine ball you name it. only problem is i can't really find an exercise in the database to fit that type of thing. any suggestions? or idea about how many calories that would burn? thanks

13 weeks, 15-20lbs, Halloween here I come!

Serious question, although not sure anyone will have an answer, I work with a couple of Chinese women in my department who SWEAR that drinking hot water speeds up their digestion/metabolism... Is this true? Should I swap in my cold water bottle for a mug of hot water instead?

Adding your own recipes to the food section of MFP?
I'm making chicken soup right now and it would be so much easier if I could just add the whole recipe and figure out the serving size calories from there. Otherwise I just have to individually list each ingredient and estimate how much of each ended up in my bowl.
