Yes!! after 3 weeks got on the dreaded scales and im 5lb down and my Bmi is better too!! So happy its actually working, you know your eating healthily but until you actually see proof you always think your not doing enough. that was with a few cheeky wines too so very chuffed:bigsmile:

How many calories?
So, I'm very confused on how many calories I need to be eating in order to lose weight. I want to lose about 30-40lbs. I'm currently at 165 (plateaued for over a year now), 5'8''. I never understood the whole TDEE-20%. I just did a quick calculation and it doesn't add up. I know TDEE is to maintain. My TDEE WITHOUT exercise is 2636.
