I never understood the whole TDEE-20%. I just did a quick calculation and it doesn't add up. I know TDEE is to maintain. My TDEE WITHOUT exercise is 2636. So, I've been looking at the Fitbit Force, BodyMedia CORE, and Basis B1 and I'd like a calorie/sleep/heart rate tracker. Measuring- Cup vs Scale
Which is a more accurate measurement? For instance, If I cook frozen peas and carrots and the serving size is 2/3 cup (90g).
