455 lbs.... Suggested calorie intake is 3250 for each day.... Why isn't it recommended that calories get cut to 1200 a day, this should get rid of the weight a lot quicker. Just curious why the recommended calories were that high Just starting out, so any advice is appreciated.

I need to intake more calories!
