Hi im on 1360 cals daily and have been walking once a day not exercising otherwise due to bad back. Had lost half a stone which I put back on will swimming twice a week help me lose it again or do I alter calorie intake ? Any advice tips x

Day 3
This is my third day on my fitness pal and it has definitely made me more aware of what i'm eating as I know i'll be recording it at the end of the day. It's so easy to eat and not be aware of the calories i'm consuming. Of course, I still like the odd sweet treat!

Starting T25 again Tonight. Lawd Help Me O_o
I use to do Insanity but it took so long to do so I switched to T25. I thought Insanity was outrageous..but T25 is completely brutal!! But I always felt better after working out. Hopefully tonight's workout will spark my love for T25 again. ^.^

tired of seeing the scale go up instead of down
Is it a good idea for me to stay away from the weight machines in the gym and focus on my cardio to lose weight ? I do 30 mins of cardio then 30 of strength training not trying to bulk up just trying to dorp weight.
