How do I measure my waist?
Hi I just started. I want to take my measurements to track my progress and I am a little confused. Am I supposed to measure my waist at the smallest part or across the belly button? Am I supposed to measure the top of my hips or the biggest part of my butt?

Gym Induction today
I'm looking forward to it but a bit nervous too. I've been mostly walking and doing Muay Thai but I want to firm up my wobble and get leaner rather than lose my shape. Any advice, hints, tips would be most welcome. Julie

I find, if i keep myself really busy, wether it be house-work, going for a walk, reading, drawing, anything that keeps my mind active, i tend to not give in to cravings. I've put on 10lbs in my first week!

TDEE vs MFP projections - which do I follow?
Hey guys - starting my weight loss journey and I'm a total noob. Do you guys follow what MFP suggests for calorie intake or do you go by TDEE? Confused on the settings
I work in an office where I sit at a desk for 7 hours then I have a 1 hour commute in the car. But I also hit the gym for an hour and a half every day for weight training and some cardio.
