We got a new scale that uses Bioelectrical impedance analysis to measure body fat etc and it says it is not intended for children under 10 or pregnant women. I forgot to eat today, again.

Do you have any health problems associated with your weight?
I have Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I'm aware it's directly related to my weight. The Dr. told me when I lose the weight, I lose the diagnosis. I have to sleep with a C-PAP and I'm extremely bothered by that. Quitting is not an option for me. I'm ready to shred the pounds and get healthy. Add me if you'd like :)
