Adjust settings for higher protein lower carbs?
Hi, Is there anyway to adjust the program to allow for a lower carb intake and slightly higher protein intake? I joined the site because it allows you to share with friends but I already know that I loose weight most easily when I cut out refined carbs and would like to adjust my daily goals page. Thanks!
