Not losing
Hi. I am 59 1/2 years old..Been on Weight watchers new program for almost 4 weeks. I have lost 3.5 lbs..I have not cheated once. I work out every other day. Intro and question
Hi. I'm in my second week with this program. My question is, why aren't strength training calories deducted from food intake for the day, like cardio is? If I spend 1/2 hour on lifting weights, I would think that should count as calories used, too. Thanks. RitaBB

snacking
I work as a caretaker at a primary school and when i'm busy i dont think about food but when its all quiet (i work til 9pm) i snack and then regret it. Fruit is ok but i always end up grabbing a bag of crisps or a few biscuits. Cant avoid them either because they are in the staff room and its easy.
