I have signed up for this site today and would be grateful if anyone could tell me why on putting in my weight and goal info I got an allowance of a whopping 4000 calories a day! And 160g of fat! Surely that can't be right I put my current weight 110kg (17 stone ish) and goal of 70kg (11 stone ish) many thanks in advance
