40 something trying to loose 20 something
How the heck did I get here ?!?! How did I go from being fit and thin in my late 30s to out-of-shape and flabby a few years later? MyFitnessPal is a great tool for getting back on track. Nothing to lose but weight and inches and a whole lot to gain. Wish me luck!

I want to be a beautiful October Bride!
I'm getting married in October and over the last two years I've gained a very noticable 30 pounds. Right now I weigh 158 pounds (Some of you may grumble about how that isn't that much.. But on my 5'1" frame it is and I'm used to weighing anywhere between 125-130 pounds) It's really hard to discipline myself to eat right…

Getting married soon

They would all say it won't work anyway, that I have to get out and sweat not sit and track my food, so it's my guilty little attempt to do something my own…
