Not New But First Post- Down 50 lbs!!!
I finally hit the 50 pound weight loss mark after about a year of TRACKING, eating right, intermittent fasting and lots of cardio. What I shove in my face has changed dramatically, too. Not here to gloat, but DAMN it feels good to feel good! YOU can do it! 15 more pounds and I am at my ideal weight for my height. 54 Male.
