Weight loss challenges with aging & arthritis
Am back to My Fitness Pal after using other weight loss approaches & programs. Some have helped & motivated me but then life takes over & up goes my weight. My goal is to get down 20 lbs and keep it off. Osteoarthritis is now a new challenge that I have to adjust to.

Hi I am new here and wondering if anyone has any tips for post menopause weight gain.
Before menopause I was able to pretty much eat whatever I wanted and if my weight did creep up it was easy to lose but now I cannot seem to get any weight off at all. Any tips?
