Hi I’m new here trying to get my head around things trying to loose weight to be healthy started walking on my treadmill and counting calories I’m giving myself 1200 a day and trying to walk every day for an hour but I can’t seem to burn off enough calories to make it upto 1200 ? To then be in a deficit Anyone help ?

Finally decided to lose weight
After being 136-140kg (300 pounds) for decades I decided to lose it. Don’t get a lot of exercise due to asthma and copd. Started to use the app a week ago and now down to 126kg just from checking what I’m eating on the app and stopping the chips, chocolate and boredom snacks. Returning to MFP
I was on MFP in 2017 and managed to lose 5 stone. (70lbs). I am now returning for hopefully a similar success. This time around I have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease so will be doing gluten free… Any fellow gluten free people want to share diaries that would be amazing!!!
