Hungry after eating
So it seems that right after I eat, i want to go on a binge and eat everything in the house! But how can I be hungry if i just ate? I know that after about 10 minutes ill feel fine. Does anyone else have this problem or know why this happens or the best way to aviod it from happening?

More than half way!
OH MY GOSH... I just looked at my ticker and realized I'm more than half way to meeting my (mini) goal of 20 lbs! I'm taking my weight loss 20 lbs at a time AND to see that I have only 8 lbs left for this 20 feels soooooo incredible! Here's to a new, happier, healthier me! WOOT WOOT!
