It came and went!!!
SO... Just like that my motivation is gone.. I statred off really well but now all that desire is gone.. I find that on my off days I do really really bad. Setback
I started myfitness pal in Feb 2009 at 157 pounds. I got to 147 pounds by the summer time with a combination of spinning/running and diet control via the website. But after my wife delivering her baby, we stopped eating healthy getting enough sleep and exercised. Back up to a personal max of 165 pounds. What a set-back :(
