First Recovery Walk

can't get it started!!!
I have been trying to get started here for the last two weeks. every morning i am pumped and ready for a healthy day. but the second i get home from work i'm finished and i have a hard time caring. i riun the day and eat whatever i want. is there any tips or advise that could help me get over this? thanks guys:smile:
