Losing Motivation
Today, I completely pigged out. I woke up this morning feeling better from the flu and literally ate everything in my fridge. Idk if it was because I hadn't been eating while I was sick, or what. Didn't even bother to log my calories today. Guess I'll just jump on board tomorrow and make sure I double my work outs.
