I did it! First 10..
Wow, 2 weeks and I've dropped 10 pounds. I feel wonderful. I have no pics yet only because I'm just not that comfortable yet. Maybe after 20 there will be a dramatic difference. Yesterday, I tried on clothes and was able to get some items that were 2 sizes smaller that what I've been wearing. Woo! The scale won't move...but something is!!

Yes! Down 30+ Pounds now
I started Spike84 on January 15th and I'm losing 3-4 lbs every week. Man this is awesome. I've been here before, and this is about the time I fall off and gain weight back. Not this time though, I can do it. Beachbod by June, here I come!

I went shopping for something to wear for my hubby and I's anniversary date on Saturday and I was able to buy a size large at Maurices!!! I remember back in the day when I was in a 2X. I was elated!!!

my 5K on the treadmill
Still kind of cold here so been running on treadmill plus easier with little ones with gym daycare but today I ran it in 36:02!!!! I like to run my first one in June since my kids will be visiting my ex family for the summer.

NSV!!! Muffin top is disappearing!
I haven't fluctuated much on the scale, but I've been running 3x a week in preparation for an 8K I'll be doing next month. My stomach is starting to feel firmer and my muffin top is disappearing :) Today feels great!

i have finally lost an INCH..... around my neck! i did not think that measurement was ever going to change. i have also lost 5 inches around my waist and hip area so that will make up for it i suppose :0)

Why my scale tells the truth
