My all time high weight was 230 pounds, today I weighed in at 172.4...that is a loss of 57.6 pounds, which is 25% of my highest weight! This is great because I had a rough weekend and actually was anticipating a gain! Need this on a Monday!

I've been working out since Jan 1 2011 w/treadmill and various Dvd's. I recently bought "This Is Tae Bo" (Billy Blanks). 1st day: 30 minutes 2nd day: 43 minutes 3rd day: 50 minutes!! My thighs no longer touch!!!!
Ok, so granted, it's by like a millimeter, and possibly less than that. BUT, they no longer touch when I stand straight! I know it's not a huge deal, but I'm SO excited!!!!! No more rubbing holes in my pants, lol!!!! (well, my pants will still touch for awhile I guess, but my thighs don't!). So excited!

Which is the best way to track your progress?
