I have lost 25 lbs today :) I am so proud of my self. I thought I would never weigh 285 lbs again! I went to the store the other day and picked up a 17lb bag of dog food and couldn't believe I was functioning with that much weight on my 5'5 frame! Here's to the next 105 lbs to go! :)

This morning was the last weigh in for me for month 1 of being on MFP, and I weighed in at 388.4. That's 5.6lbs less than last week, and 20.8 lbs. less than my MFP starting weight. Week 1:Weigh in 2lbs lost...YAYE!!

I started MFP at the beginning of Jan, I also started a long version of the C25k I can now run for 6 minutes four times, (This week's plan). I've never in my life been able to do this, It feels great!! and im down 20lbs, cant wait to see the difference the next 20lbs make
