    * One's weight can swing wildly from day to day, don't freak out.
    Right now, this is a huge relief :) My weight swings by 1-2 kilos sometimes. And I really do freak out!

    I liken the weight swings to a baseball players average. If he hits .300 on average throughout his career, some months he may be at .250 and others at .350. However, it it goes back to average and just doing what he normally does.

    Fantastic! Good work! I, too, am down to those last few lbs after losing 50. I did it the same way you did. The old fashioned way. The SMART way. The ONLY way to take it off and KEEP it off. Good on ya!
