New here, need some motivation.

As of two weeks ago i started my weightloss journey for (hopefully) the last time. I'd reached my heaviest of 250lbs.
Since then I have changed my diet, still struggling to motivate myself to get active but getting there and have lost 11lbs!!!
I've got to keep this up and will no doubt need your help at some point so feel free to add me.

  • Welcome to MFP. We have a great community here with plenty of encouragement and tips. I am hoping though the 126 pounds is a typo :P How tall are you?

I'm semi-new he too. Have no idea what I weigh...I avoid scales lol. But I think I'm in the 180-190 range. I'm only 5'2" so I definitely need to drop some pounds. Hopefully Icahn find some friends and fellow "losers" to keep me motivated:)

I understand the motivation side of it...between work and family it can be hard...but I finally joined a gym and it feels really good to be doing something else bout side of just watching my calorie intake to help me reach my goals. add me if you like...everyone welcome in my ever growing MPF family :)

    Welcome to MFP.

Unless you are like 5 feet tall you will be entirely to skinny at 126 as a man.

Good luck on your journey though.

Thanks for the replies nice to meet you all.

I am pretty short guys! judging by the NHS weight chart it's a healthy weight and hey it's something to aim for, I may never get that far, I'll stop when I'm happy with the results.
