Goal Weight question

I did it with little exercise... just increased walking a bit... and MFP! I lost over 90 pounds and through my lifestyle change managed to keep it off for more than three years. Not difficult to do at all with self determination.0

i've lost my first 40 lbs almost entirely from just changing my eating habits. i do try to get a walk in when i can, and i'm planning on starting to get some more physical activity in going forward. i feel a lot better with that weight gone, (gaining more self confidence, energy levels improving, my frequent heartburn that i had is nearly nonexistent, etc) but not as good as i felt a couple years ago when i was eating better -and- working out as well.0
