    OK. I do get info off of youtube especially the TED TALKS but I know that is not the only source but it is handy when checking out posts here that seem to be false. Have you had your milk today M?

    Oh for those of you making fun of my small phone I found larger one of an old man hopefully better meets the needs of some. :)

    Damn it.

    I agree with whoever said this would've been more interesting if he'd cut 1400 calories of food and replaced them with Coke.

    That's 200 calories above where I am now. I think that would be a one-pound-a-week loss so who says liquid diets don't work?
