My story is a common one... I started this journey in 2010. I weighed 245 pounds. I worked my bottom off literally (by couch to marathon in 12 months!). My lowest weight was 144lbs. I felt terrific, and I loved running. However, when you train for a marathon you can eat whatever you want. Anyway, I let stress and work/family commitments get in the way of my running, and since I became lax on my eating you know what happened! I gained back a lot of weight. I chose my new goal weight of 154 lbs. because that weight was very manageable for a long time. SO, thank you for reading and helping me become accountable again.

I have started running again and it feels fantastic! I have also started logging again, which is still a pain ;) My long term goal is to become a habitual logger and runner again. Without that daily reflection and intentional exercise I will not be successful at keeping the weight off...ever. It has taken a full year of being loaded down with these regrettable regained pounds for me to realize that!

Cheers to you all! I wish you well in your journey!

Is there any interest in putting this all into a shared document rather than individual posts? May be helpful and easier to track, collectively and over time.

YES! A spreadsheet would be awesome!!!

    I AGREE!!
