    I confess, and this is not only bad but a self destructive habit, every time I see pictures of 300+ pounds people I feel complacent and tend to give into my temptation. But I am working hard to make it stop :)

    I brought my lunch to work today and I confess that I ate all of it by 10:30am (well I DO wake up at 6:00am..) and so now...at actual lunch time, I'm kind of hungry again :(. Where the heck is my gum?!
