JJames783 falling in. I remember the condition I was in (when I wasn't injured) and felt good. I want take it up to a whole new level. When I was on the depot, my platoon's Senior Drill instructor would take us out to the sand box for a little extra "motivation" in the form of PT. This workout was wicked intense (think p90-x but without added equipment) We would do pushups, High knees, crunches, and mountain climbers for about 12 minutes. My goal is to be able to make that seem like a cake walk.

I too am trying to get back into "boot camp" shape. I don't know what happened but when I EAS'd I got married, had two kids, and the pounds just found their way to me. Now I don't even recognize myself.0
